Learner Support For most of our programmes after which Learners are required to submit assignments or portfolios, we provide a variety of resources in our Download Centre. Portfolio and assignment instructions are in the Introduction of the Learner Manual issued during the training.

General Support Requests

For any assistance with assignments, send an e mail to the support team. This address is monitored throughout business hours and your request will be forwarded to the first available Facilitator or Mentor. Please do not send support requests directly to Facilitators. They are in classrooms for most of their time and will often not be able to respond as quickly as you might like. Alternatively, call us on 083 299 5886 to request your support. Your Facilitator may not be available.

Extensions

In some cases, we may be able to grant extensions to the submission date. If your programme was sponsored by a third party, such as an employer, we will need authority for the extension from the sponsor. If you need an extension, please send an e mail to our support team with your ID Number, Programme, reason for the extension and planned submission date.
